Sauerkraut Balls |
1 lg jar sauerkraut 1 lg onion, finely chopped 1 lb hot sausage 1/4 lb ground beef 1 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar 3/4 c bread crumbs 3 eggs 1/4 c milk dry mustard and pepper to taste

Lightly saute meat and onion, add the sauerkraut, and brown. Remove from heat and mix in 3/4 cups bread crumbs, one well-beaten egg, dry mustard and pepper. |
