1 cut up fryer chicken, washed and drained, lightly salted
1 c flour
3 beaten eggs, with a little water added
2 c corn flake crumbs
2 tsp paprika
salt, pepper
1/8 c Parmesan cheese

Flour the chicken pieces first, then coat them in beaten eggs.
In mixing bowl, add remaining ingredients and mix till well combined.
Evenly coat the chicken with the crumb mixture.
Quickly fry chicken in large fry pan, 1/2 full of hot oil, till golden
brown. About 5-10 minutes.
Lay drained fried chicken pieces in a roasting pan, single layer,
and bake at 300 degrees till chicken is well done. Juices should run
clear. Turn once if needed for even browning.
