Pea Salad

This easy recipe was submitted by Ed and Brigit Glasenhardt.

1 10oz. pkg. frozen peas, thawed

1 c chopped celery

1 c chopped cauliflower

1/2 lb bacon, fried and crumbled

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1/2 c chopped cashews

1/2 c sour cream

1/2 c ranch dressing

1/2 c chopped green onion

6 oz pimento (optional)

1 clove garlic, pressed

Mix all ingredients just before serving
