Broccoli-Cheese Dip |
1/4 c butter 3 stalks celery, thinly sliced 1 med onion, chopped 1 (4 oz) can sliced, drained mushrooms 3 tbsp flour 1 (10 1/4 oz) can condensed cream of celery soup 1 garlic cheese roll (5 to 6 oz) cut up About 10 oz of broccoli, fresh or frozen thawed

In small skillet, melt butter and saute celery, onion and mushrooms. If you are making a dip, add flour here. (For soup, eliminate the flour from this recipe. Add 1 cup of water.) |
